The Ultimate Litmus Test
Support for Donald Trump even in the early days and certainly at this late stage in 2024 serves as the ultimate litmus test of a person far beyond politics.
Much more importantly, it speaks to their character and their judgement.
Most of Trump’s supporters aren’t bad people. In fact many of them are our family members and friends and colleagues who we care very much about. But all of them do exhibit either poor character or poor judgement or both. They of course don’t see it that way, but a decade of evidence makes it clear.
And so the quickest way to know the foundation of a person you’re dealing with, especially those being entrusted with your or your family’s wellbeing like a partner or a doctor or a nanny is to ask the simple question:
“What do you think of Trump?”
Some may take it as a political question, but really it’s a fundamental question. At its core, it speaks to one’s values and way of thinking.
