The air they thrive on

The more air we give to the Marjorie Taylor Greenes and Donald Trumps of the world, the higher they rise.

Why?

Because their primal views and bombastic rhetoric taps into our baser instincts, and enough of humanity still operates, in part or wholly, at that level.

That’s simply where we’re at on our evolutionary journey.

So then it becomes the responsibility of those who we’ve empowered to oversee the most powerful platforms - the press, tech companies, and political leaders - to draw clear lines and protect us from the most unevolved and dangerous among us.

The biggest threat to humanity is not the crazed individual.

It is those who know better yet still give them air to thrive.
